Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tomar Contracting Limited collects, uses, and protects personal information provided through our website and enquiry forms.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, property address, and project details when you request a quote or contact us.

Painting Calculator

The calculator works in your browser without contact details. If you choose to include an estimate or assessment details with your enquiry, the selected work and measurements are sent with your quote request, together with the budget range or the reasons a site assessment is needed. You can remove these calculator details before sending.

How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule work, and improve our services and website performance.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers where needed for quoting, scheduling and communication. Website quote forms are submitted through Formspree, which processes submissions and delivers enquiry emails. Its processing can take place outside New Zealand, including in the United States.

Website Measurement

The website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand visits, calculator use and enquiry actions. Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as pages viewed, device and browser information, and interactions with the website. Our enquiry events include service categories and whether a calculator estimate was attached; they do not include your name, contact details or project message. Submitting an enquiry sends the contact and project details you provide separately through Formspree. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Your Rights

You can request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us at admin@tomarcontracting.co.nz.
