Scaffolding, edge protection, specialist access, major repairs, lead or asbestos work, wallpaper removal, window sashes and glazing, travel outside normal local work, and urgent or after-hours work are excluded. Specialist coating systems, chip-coated roofs and unidentified materials need a separate assessment.

What affects the final painting price?
A useful price starts with the surfaces, preparation and access included in the work. Two similar-sized homes can require different amounts of preparation, repair and equipment.
