New Builds & Empty Homes
The most efficient way to paint a house. We mask the windows and spray the entire interior (ceilings, walls, doors, and frames) in a systematic process.
The Result: A pristine, uniform finish that looks high-end and modern, completed weeks faster than traditional methods.
Roof & Fence Spraying
Roofs: We apply high-build membranes that get into every nook and cranny of the corrugate/tile profile. Fences: We spray rough-sawn timber fences, forcing the stain deep into the grain for better preservation.
Doors, Trims & Cabinetry
We take doors off their hinges and spray them (either on-site or off-site) to achieve a "furniture grade" finish. Perfect for modernizing 1990s kitchens or internal doors.

90% Masking, 10% Spraying
The secret to great spray painting isn't the gun; it's the masking. Many painters avoid spraying because they are afraid of the mess. At Tomar Contracting, we are masking experts.

The Gear: We own our own industrial Graco spray units (we don't rely on cheap rental gear). We have separate units for solvent-based (enamel) and water-based paints to prevent contamination.

The Skill: Spraying is an art. If you move too slow, it runs; too fast, it's patchy. Our applicators are trained to maintain the perfect "wet edge."

Spray Painting Frequently Asked Questions
Slightly, yes (due to some overspray). However, the cost of the extra paint is usually far less than the savings you make on labour hours. It is the most cost-effective method for large areas.
It is difficult. Spraying is best for empty homes or individual rooms. If the house is fully furnished, we usually recommend rolling walls and only spraying doors/trims to minimize disruption.
