Who Will Be on Your Site?

The Project Manager

Role: Your single point of contact. They handle the logistics, the timeline, and the quality checks. You don't have to chase three different trades; you just call your PM.

The Site Foreman

Role: The "Captain" of the site. They are responsible for daily safety, ensuring the prep is done to standard, and managing the crew. They are usually senior tradespeople with years of experience.

The Qualified Painters

Role: The artisans. Trained in airless spraying, brushwork, and surface preparation. They know the difference between a "good enough" job and a "Tomar" job.
